Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who has expereince supervising a large team?

You will be a highly organised with the ability to process high volumes of invoices with an extreme high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will have good Excel skills, Including Pivot tables, Lookups & Sum IF’s.

You will have Good verbal and numerical skills & will have a flexible and hands on approach to working in & managing a team environment.

If successful in your application your duties will include:
Supervision & Managment of a team of 9 employees
Invoice processing – 2000 invoices per month
Stock reconciliation
3 way matching, batching & coding
Enusre all invoices are paid on time
Issuing debit notes
BACS payments
Credit notes
Query investigation & resolution
Supplier statement reconciliation

The role is a full time permanent position with working hours from 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
