Our client is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire and due to additional workload they are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant. The position is initially offered on a temporary basis and is likely to be offered permanently after a 3 month period. Reporting to the Finance Manager and the main duties will be:
*Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
*Raising Sales Ledger invoices
*Processing payroll timesheets
*Controlling petty cash
*Reconciling company credit card statements
The ideal candidate will be looking for a part time opportunity and be able to work between 20 and 25 hours per week. You will be able to start at short notice and have experience of working in a similar role.
