Due to expansion we are looking for a quality Technical Support Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
RAMS – Writing of risk assessments & method statements
Establish and support service management system
Provide technical support to customers and engineers
Manage and prioritise workload for our field engineers
Fully committed to providing high levels of customer service
Assist the Service Manager with daily duties to ensure smooth running of the department
Communicate with service co-coordinators, to ensure smooth running of the department
Provide cover for the service manager, as and when required.
Computer literate and thoroughly conversant with MS office suite
Problem solving skills
Good organisational and planning skills
Sound communication skills
Experience within the water pumping industry
Mechanical and electrical knowledge
