We are Wiser. Whatever your thoughts on what recruitment companies are like – forget them – we are changing the way things are done. We work with some of the most impressive brands in the UK – from global giants such as Sky, JUST EAT, Credit Suisse, the Financial Times, Expedia and Red Bull to dynamic City-based start-ups – and we’re building a reputation for excellence and outstanding delivery. We are a creative recruitment group that is changing the relationships between people and employers – with capabilities across online advertising, creative media, and recruitment. We currently have a team of just under 30 based in brand new offices in Farringdon, London, and we’re looking to grow.
Wiser has a culture like no other. ‘Colleague’ isn’t a phrase you hear very much around here. Yes, we work together and yes, we have a shared set of values and ambitions, but we’re much more than colleagues – we’re friends who spend our days building something incredible together. It seems a bit clichéd to say that we’re like one big family, but we are (except everyone is this family is in their 20s). Whether it’s in the office, on our company holidays, at the Epsom races or just in a cocktail bar in the City, we love spending time together. That’s why it’s hard for us to find people to hire; not only do you have to be intelligent, hard-working and capable, you also have to be likeable too – culture fit is essential.
Our company has grown from 8 to 28 people in 18 months, and we’re now in the position to bring on an Office Manager. We need a hard-working, intelligent, confident and likeable young person to come into our business and make sure everything runs smoothly – whether that be looking after our guests when they come into the office, organising diaries and meeting rooms or simply making sure that the beer and wine fridge is always full (an important one!).
We’re ideally looking for someone with an impressive educational background – a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university is preferred – and some working experience, though the latter isn’t essential.
If you think that you’re Wiser, then get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.
