Trainee Finance Recruitment Consultant

The company is looking for people to join both the permanent and freelance teams which cover a variety of professional finance positions. You will expected to liaise with clients and candidates alike, with the position first and foremost a sales job. You will be office based and making sales calls to prospective clients and people looking for work, with meetings to secure new opportunities often taking place face to face.
You will ideally have some prior sales experience, this could be telesales, field sales, estate agency, anything with a degree of target based activity and a proactive approach. You will also ideally be a graduate or of graduate calibre and should be motivated by money and success.
The successful applicant will be paid a starting salary in the Â£16-19k bracket with realistic first year earnings up to Â£35k. You will be monitored against targets and pay increases and promotions are easily achievable.
