Delivery Manager – Specialist Volume Team
Â£30-40k OTE Â£40-55k
A multinational, multi market recruiter with a fantastic brand and reputation require an additional head to oversee one of their delivery recruitment teams. Based from Bristol the role will cover UK wide requirements on behalf of leading blue chip clients.
Working in the key account division, this role is to ensure fulfilment of multi hires on a regular basis for a select key client base. You will be managing a team of resourcers whose primary aim is to consistently deliver hires against kpi’s and sla’s. You will be delivering on certain roles too so the ability to muck in and lead by example is important, but man management and ensuring deadlines are met is the priority.
You will be required to visit key clients on an infrequent basis too so you should be comfortable meeting senior stakeholders and decision makers as part of your role.
Typically you will be working on Â£15-40k roles within commercial, financial services, sales, marketing, plus other ad hoc junior to mid level opportunities.
This position is supplying key accounts so no sales calls required; the onus is on high levels of fulfilment.
This role is likely to suit a couple of types of backgrounds. You could well be a senior recruiter, team lead or manager and any exposure to commercial, insurance, accountancy / finance, sales recruitment markets would be a distinct advantage. You may be looking to further your management career and working away from the pressures of contingency recruitment and sales calls.
Alternatively you may be someone in your first or second recruitment role, are ambitious and looking for an opportunity to move into a more client focussed role and less cold calling. If you are comfortable meeting and building rapport with clients, this role could take a different focus with this person being more of a relationship manager and less management responsibility.
Either way, a demonstrable track record of success in your chosen field, a positive outlook and strong relationship building skills are imperative.
Salary is flexible but its likely to be in the Â£30-35k region, potentially more for someone exceptional. OTE is uncapped and probably in the Â£45-55k region year one but the big “sell” about this role is the career path and opportunity to reach a senior level in the business for those who aspire to it.
