My client are a well established and professional smaller company based in South East London. They are looking to add a Site Manager to their team to run multiple sites and progress within this business.

Company Details:

Our client are involved within the domestic and commercial building services sectors across London. They have high standards of work with a positive ‘can do’ attitude meaning they get regularly appointed by clients worked with over the past 25 years.

Project values:

Projects range from £5,000 to £1 million

Job profile:

My client are looking for a Site Manager to deliver domestic/Residential and commercial projects, the type of projects will be dependent on my clients workload at any particular time.

The Site Manager is to ensure the project is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

It is extremely important for the Site Manager to be a good communicator, professional and experienced in delivering high end domestic projects and at the same time is commercially and financially astute.

My client expects the Site Manager to create successful working relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.

The Site Manager is expected to have an in depth knowledge of the building process and be well versed in health & safety requirements.

The Site Manager will be required to lead the projects and site teams by example.

Typical responsibilities include:

? Agreeing project objectives

? Delivering a project from the beginning stages through to handover and completion

? Providing advice on the management of projects

? Organising the various professional people working on the project

? Managing the projects health & safety requirements and CDM compliance

? Making sure that all the aims of the project are met

? Making sure the quality standards are met

? Using IT and manual systems to keep track of people and progress

? Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

Holiday Entitlement

Salary

Up to £45,000.00 + car
