An exciting opportunity for a Homeownership advisor to become part of a team in London. The

Homeownership Advisor is a key post responsible for the effective management of

our shared ownership and leasehold properties within our growing portfolio.

As a first point of contact, you will be part of a team responsible for leading the

provision of excellent customer services to our leaseholders, driving value for money

and responsiveness. You will take lead to deliver an effective and cost efficient

leasehold service to a specific area and provide support to your colleagues.

A fantastic job working for an established non-profit housing organisation. Our client has an exciting portfolio of properties throughout London. They are a non-profit organisation that uses their commercial success as a housing developer to provide high quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of local people.

Description

Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential in this role. You will have a
track record of working within a customer focused environment, have demonstrable
communication and negotiation skills and be target driven. You will be used to
working within a fast paced office or environment.
Being able to communicate and manage relationships with a range of internal and
external customers is a must, as well as a proven ability to deliver excellent customer
care, being positive and helpful, whilst being a forward thinking individual.
A proven track record of property management experience is an advantage to help
us to ensure our targets and service requirements are achieved. We are looking for
people with the skills, resilience and ethos to drive excellence and make a difference.
You will understand the agile environment in which you are working and use this
intelligence to enable you to achieve your targets and forge strong relationships and
trust with your customers.

Profile

The right candidate will have a flexible working ethic in line with our market

requirements and strong interpersonal skills are critical to the post. You must be

hard-working, flexible, good humoured and a good team player. You will need a

range of problem solving and time management skills and a clear, logical approach

to issues. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft products including

Word and Excel.

You will be dealing with a range of stakeholders and the delivery of an excellent

service is key; ensuring we continue to offer a customer focused professional

management service to our residents and clients whilst aiming to make our

customers smile.
