JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
Head up London’s business growth plan, taking all initiatives necessary and reporting directly to Head of Case Management.
Sourcing new business within the legal sector and promoting the company directly.
Building on relationships with existing clients , and ensuring that they are kept up to date with our services.
Interactive use of CRM.
Providing advice to clients on avenues of investigation and providing end to end project management of cases.
To keep updated of developments within the forensics and legal industries.
Achieve set KPI’s including revenue targets.
Focus time and attention on the development of new and repeat business opportunities.
Promote the company as a leading provider of eDisclosure services in the U.K.
Extend the company’s geographic penetration into southern UK cities in particular London.
Develop and maintain awareness of national and international developments concerning the utilisation of e-Âdisclosure technologies and tools.
Develop and maintain awareness of legislation that involves the utilisation of eDisclosure technologies.
Fully understand the length and breadth of the company’s services paying particular attention to eDisclosure and ensure clients are also fully appraised.
Become proficient in giving Company and service specific presentations to prospective clients.
Maximise productivity by effective territory management by booking appointments in the same geographic location on the same day and utilising appropriate travel methods.
The candidate will have at least 2 year’s relevant business development experience selling a service rather than a product.
Interest and knowledge of the legal sector is important.
A consultative sales person who is confident speaking with and presenting to key decision makers.
A driven and entrepreneurial individual who is looking to grow quickly within the organisation.
A basic salary of between Â£25,000 – Â£30,000 plus uncapped commission.
On target commission worth approximately Â£700 – Â£1,000 per month.
