Business Development Manager (Field) – Property Management Sales
25-30k Base, 50k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our international client is a leading provider of property protection solutions. Through working with councils, housing associations, private developers, local governments, NHS, commercial surveyors and many more organisations to protect vacant commercial and residential properties, our client has developed a leading position in the placement of Property Guardians. Due to growth throughout the UK, they are actively recruiting a client facing Business Development Manager to cover a lucrative Yorkshire based territory.
As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop a customer portfolio in an assigned geographical region
Win and retain new business, ensure long term customer relationships and sell across an ever-growing portfolio of property protection services
Manage the entire sales process, schedule and prepare for prospect user visits and have full autonomy
Negotiate sales of varying value and deliver excellence, both internally and externally
The ideal candidate will:
Need to demonstrate a minimum of 2+ years target driven and client facing sales experience, gained selling B2B services
Have excellent communication skills, high energy levels, commitment to client service and leadership qualities
Be a natural fact finder, a strong negotiator and a keen closer
Have a head for figures, trends and analysis and show integrity, innovation and accountability
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 25-30k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 50k in the first year. A full benefits package, including a company car is also provided.
