An experienced Chef de Partie is required to work at a respected hotel in Suffolk
Preparing fresh produce to create high quality dishes for the hotel’s 100 covers restaurant this position of Chef de Partie is a busy role requiring you to maintain high standards whilst working under pressure. The position would suit a Chef de Partie who is seeking a restaurant focused role but enjoys a hotel environment as there is very little banqueting at this venue. The restaurant menus change regularly in order to take advantage of the best produce available in the season with an emphasis on local seafood.
Only experienced Chef de Parties who have a stable CV highlighting your experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens should apply for this role. Due to the high volume nature of the role it is important that you are able to cook with an attention to detail when cooking for large numbers.
