I am currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for a leading provider of Welfare to Work/Employability services based in Greater Manchester.

This role will be key to supporting and leading a team to ensure successful compliance and delivery to set contract targets. Managing various team leaders across Employer Engagement and Employability teams and be responsible for leading on short and long term projects across all areas of the business.

What are we looking for?

Lead and support team delivery and adherence to high levels of contract performance
Maximise the placing and sustainment of customers into jobs or learning
Meet the recruitment and training needs of employers
Responsibility for P&L account results including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity, client spend and office costs
Development of local relationships and effective marketing activities to ensure the service receives customer referrals to meet contractual requirements
Continuous improvement of systems, quality of provision and product development
Management of data integrity and data security
Management of petty cash and client spend
Maintain current knowledge of relevant policy (local and national)
Maintain current knowledge of appropriate market intelligence and business opportunities/threats
