Principal Process Development Engineer – an experienced and highly innovative Engineer with a track record of creating novel process development solutions for the Food & Beverage industry is required to work as a Principal Process Development Engineer / Consultant at the UK’s leading Technology Consultancy based in Cambridgeshire .
The company are looking for a creative , technically gifted Process Development Engineer who has built a successful career working for leading food & beverage or similar consumer goods / FMCG businesses, developing novel solutions to both technology & process problems. The will have evidence of strong Project Management & Leadership skills together with exceptional communication skills, comfortably liaising with CxO level clients.

To be considered for the role of Process Development Consultant / Engineer you need:
Ideally, a good BSc or MChem Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering (or similar). However, for exceptional candidates a degree may not be necessary if the application is supported by impressive career history in a similar role
Experience of manufacturing process development and engineering for Food & Beverage or similar high volume FMCG products.
Project Management experience from concept though to delivery
Prior experience of technical leadership of multidiscipline project teams
Excellent communication & report writing skills
