A small/medium sized creative branding agency that works alongside an array of clients from the food and beverage industry, helping them to create the look and feel of every touch point to make them stand out on the high street and within businesses. They’re all about intelligent creative solutions that create strong brand experiences, and drive footfall and spend for the food and beverage sector. They offer their help to both consumer and b2b brands that own cafÃ©’s, bars, restaurants, canteens and pop-ups. With business flowing in, and demands growing, they need an enthusiastic Account Executive or Account Manager to join the team and help the continued growth and success.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic integrated agency professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and exposure to client delivery and agency process, pace and environment. You could be less experienced OR come with great grounding within Account Management as we have immediate requirement and the role can be moulded to the right persons skills and experience as long as the key ingredients are there. You will need to be excited to join a small yet dynamic and growing Client Services team as you will work alongside a dynamic team of Account Managers and Account Directors but with a lot of liaison and interaction with the Head of Client Servicing. With an already exciting and impressive client base, these guys are winning more and more business and need all hands on deck to deliver on a variety of projects across every touchpoint within the F&B sector.
Reporting into the Head of Client Services/Account Directors, you could be a confident Account Executive ready for your next step taking on initial responsibilities such as key research and insight to support new campaigns. So you will need to be confident in and enjoy being given projects to run with, to deadlines and requiring feedback proving you are able to question anything that you do not understand or need additional information on. Plenty of scope for someone who is ready to have exposure to managing and developing the client relationship from the off! If you are already an experienced Account Manager you will get the chance to nurture accounts and maximise opportunities, working on clients exciting branding propositions form day one. Essentially, the role can be aligned to your experience and a development plan put in place to offer you progression and development within the client services team.
The Account Exec/Manager will need to exude determination and enthusiasm and will need to be passionate about brand and the ‘consumer experience’
Ideally from F&B, leisure, retail, but most importantly an agency professional who has an eye for trends and a finger on the pulse as your ideas will be welcomed/expected in order to keep work cutting edge and on trend to help clients business thrive and grow in the F&B sector
You must love delivery and be able to handle busy, volume and a variety of projects!
Above all, you will love what you do and be happy and confident communicating with everyone from the most senior clients to the internal creative team
You’ll have a passion for being a key part of the creative process – whether you’re writing concise, insightful briefs, critiquing creative concept, researching for inspirational ideas, or ultimately presenting to clients
