Support Engineer / Technical Client Manager (Graduate / Junior).Market leading Software House is seeking a naturally bright, ambitious Computer Science graduate to support a pseudo real time C++ global iTV broadcasting application allowing television broadcasters worldwide to automate playout, handle acquisition, allow low and high resolution editing and manage assets.
Your responsibilities as a Graduate Support Engineer / Technical Client Manager will encompass a wide range of challenges and variety from first line support on the phone, in house testing of interfaces to other vendors equipment, site commissioning of systems or sales support of demonstrations at customer sites or exhibitions.
