Starting Salary from: £18,000 – £30,000 (dependent upon experience)
Rising up to £45,000 based on performance
OTE: Additional 50% of basic salary

Our client is an award winning contact centre insurance sales business. As part of their continued growth into 2016 they are seeking to appoint an experienced life and protection sales consultant to work on a non-advised basis within their offices in Alton.
The client is seeking high calibre candidates who have previous experience within an outbound B2C environment and a demonstrable track record in achieving sales within a compliant manner whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Working on quality warm leads you will be expected to convert customer interest into a sale whilst adhering to and fully understanding the strict criteria around financial and regulated sales.

Inputting data and customer information onto the companies in- house system
Able to demonstrate a high degree of customer service awareness.
