Our client is a well-established, entrepreneurial manufacturer with an impressive customer base, including many well-known high street brands. With significant opportunities to diversify into new markets alongside a pipeline of exciting new product offerings, they are seeking a Sales Manager to join the team.
In this role you will maintain and strengthen existing accounts, alongside rolling out new products and implementing strategies to develop new markets. Day to day, you will be directly managing key accounts, building a team of high performing sales agents, managing marketing activities, developing new sales channels and working with the Managing Director on overall strategy.
This opportunity will suit individuals who possess the following:
*A passion for sales with a proven track record in a B2B accounts management setting. Previous experience of working with retail accounts would be desirable.
*An entrepreneurial outlook, willing to back oneself to deliver and to reap the rewards they earn.
*Strong intellect, ideally good first degree or similar.
*Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage different projects/channels.
*Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
