We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the company’s expanding practice.
You must have an extensive experience and strong track record of achievement in consultative selling, in particular selling regulatory compliance management software solutions to healthcare providers regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and businesses with sponsor licenses regulated by the Home Office (UKVI).
You will be expected to work with the management team develop sales strategies, set target sales, prepare and undertake marketing research and campaigns, identify new opportunities for new services to drive increased revenue and profit for the company to achieve ambitious growth plans. Your role will include carrying out surveys and research to analyse customer’s requirements and budget, handling customer accounts and taking ownership of the sales process, and producing reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales activities.
You must have a business degree or related IT qualification, excellent knowledge of the CQC Regulations and demonstrable understanding of the UKVI’s Immigration Rules, experienced in selling IT software solutions including technical support, experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, good organisational skills, ability to work under minimum supervision and has a proven track record in generating contacts and attracting new business.
