The United Reformed Church (URC) is about to start a ‘listening’ exercise whereby anyone who wishes to raise a concern about the conduct of any person associated with the URC is invited to contact the central office. We are looking for a highly organised person who will record and administer the process for hearing the concerns.
As part of the project team, you will collate and register complainant details, track and record contacts and prepare appropriate documentation within a structured framework, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
If you have excellent communication and administration skills and can work with confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters we want to hear from you. Knowledge and experience of Safeguarding would be a distinct advantage. In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest we are seeking candidates who do not have a connection with the URC.
