Do you have a passion for food? Are you innovative and naturally creative? We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join one of our corporate contracts in Birmingham. You will be managing the busy restaurant, with daily cover of around 400 and oversee the Costa offer and Vending. You will be fully responsible for managing the team’s development and training needs, as well as the P&L so financial understanding and capability is key.

Up to £22,000 dependant on experience

Main responsibilities
Lead with innovation and creativity to engage customers and staff
Manage and motivate your team daily
Review and improve standards
Drive sales and control labour
Focus on the customer experience
Rota management
Be visible and hands on at all times
To follow all company Health and Safety procedures
Conduct training and development of staff
Ideal candidate
Previous restaurant experience in contract catering/retail environment
Enjoy being innovative and creative
Passion for food and innovation
High customer service standards
Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills
Multi outlet experience desirable
Strong management skills
Attention to detail and ability to set high standards
Proactive and hands on approach – leads by example
