Your new role
This deputy head of facilities role will involve managing contracts and ensuring that all of the services on the site run to an high operational standard. You will be ensuring that all stakeholders in the organisation are satisfied with the services and maintaining strong relations with these stakeholders in order to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will be involved in major projects such as fit outs and you will be overseeing these projects to ensure that they run smoothly and cause the least disruption to staff and students alike.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role working as a Senior Facilities manager or higher. You will have experience working alongside major projects. You will be a highly customer service orientated facilities professional and have the ability to work under pressure. Ideally you will have a BIFM and a NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
