Our exciting client based in Maidenhead is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team! The successful candidate must have strong HR experience. The main purpose of this opportunity is to provide a HR Generalist service by carrying out key activities to support the UK team.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking a lead in the full recruitment process
Conducting exit interviews
Taking a lead in the Maternity process
Undertaking one month reviews for new starters
Project work such as policy development
Coaching managers
Key Requirements:

HR Generalist experience
Proven ability to work under pressure
Strong team player
