As a Telephone Customer Consultant in Personal Banking you will be delivering world-class customer service while selling a range of banking, credit cards and savings products to our customers. The calls you will be dealing with will mostly be inbound calls with some outbound calling to warm leads. Working in our busy call centre, you’ll be the voice of Santander – engaging with customers and meeting their needs while achieving personal and team targets.

As a Personal Banking Advisor your main responsibilities will be:

Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with Santander’s customers
Understanding the needs of customers and working with them to find effective solutions to their needs
Marketing products and services including lending, current account, deposit and other cross-selling opportunities
Rapport building with customers
Adherence to regulatory and legislative guidelines

What we’ll be looking for in you

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with others
Track record of selling products and services to target
Experience of working within contact centre or similar environment
We are looking for positive individuals with a team attitude
PC Skills

Working hours

We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 8.00 am to 9.00 pm across Monday to Friday and Saturday between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Location

You’ll be working in our lively Belfast office just across from Central Train Station or a minute from all major bus routes, with the city centre at a five-minute walk. With a new onsite restaurant, Coffee shop and plenty of local shops, places to eat and gyms nearby, there’s something for everyone.
