As a Digital Banking Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of telephone contact for our customers. You will be supporting and answering any questions they have using our range of digital products from Apple pay to online security queries they may have. As a Customer Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will include:
Excellent listening and communication skills
A high level of motivation
Previous experience in a customer service role
A flexible approach
Strong team working skills
A keen interest and understanding of all things digital
As you’ll be working in a regulated environment, a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.
Starting salary is Â£15,330 + OTE Â£1,200 bonus

We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm across Monday to Sunday.
You’ll be working in our lively Belfast office just across from Central Train Station or a minute from all major bus routes, with the city centre at a five-minute walk.
