My client, a large Commercial Bank based in the City is currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Contract Support Administrator. The successful candidate will have FM or building services experience, excellent administration skills and have used Concept, Maximo or CAFM packages.
Contract Support Administration
PPMS/ Closing Jobs etc using Concept Evolution.
Raising Purchase Orders
Assistant the Contract Manager
Dealing with any issues
Dealing with Engineers and assigning them to
The ideal candidate will have the following skills
Hardworking and be able to work well under pressure .
Knowledge of CAFM Systems
Experience in an office enviroment
This position is paying Â£25,000 and offers a good Pension Scheme along with 25 days Holiday
