HR Integration Advisor:
Our key client based in London has an excellent opportunity for a HR Integration Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Integration Advisor will support the HR Sales and Integration teams on a wide range of HR activities. This role would suit someone who has had a few years experience within HR role and who is looking for their next career move.
Key duties of the HR Integration Advisor:
To follow, and provide support to the Group HR Team in adherence to the Sales and Integration mobilisation, transfer / transition and transformation processes and guides
To source or create and provide any supporting collateral, including presentation slides for bid submissions, client, union or employee meetings
To support the representation of HR Sales in company Integration and transformation Work Streams to clients and collaborate with all parties to ensure that the right function leads are involved, e.g. pensions integration; marketing.
Support HR Sales work with company stakeholders e.g. Marketing, in developing a HR communications plan for bid activities, TUPE In and Out exercises, disposals and acquisitions.
Provide basic understanding of employment law, particularly with regard to TUPE.
To support all HR queries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt these skills to accommodate different writing styles including report writing, responding to bid questions and a wide range of employee communications.
Able to quickly build a strong rapport with stakeholders and engage at all levels.
Excellent analytical and literacy and numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in the use of spreadsheet and database applications
Strong team-working skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure without the loss of accuracy
Experience of presenting in a clear and informative way and at all levels to large groups
Project management skills.
Background in HR operations, preferably gained within a commercial environment.
Employee relations experience, liaising with unions, employee forums and consulting on change management issues, ideally in a fast moving environment.
Occasional travel from London to other sites around the UK will be required so this person must be flexible to commute to different sites as required.
