The core role of a researcher is to gather, store and organise information relevant to both our clients and to searches we are working on. Researchers are an integral part of the business, and my client is always keen to grow their research teams with graduate candidates of an outstanding calibre.
Conducting Primary and Secondary Research.
Building your own network through telephone conversations, face to face meetings, socialising and general networking.
Storing information gathered on internal computer systems.
Market mapping through a combination of use of existing networks, internet, media and phone- based work.
Maintaining of organisation charts and the internal database.
Producing and updating client presentations and proposals in collaboration with your consultant.
Producing progress reports for clients.

Participate in client presentations and client pitches in order to assist their consultant in winning mandates.
Pitch potential roles to candidates.
Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Help close deals.
Have excellent communication skills whilst being extremely personable and confident.
Possess an inquiring mind, be methodical and have an acute attention to detail.
Be able to build rapport, interact and socialise with both candidates and clients at the junior, mid and senior level.
Have a strong work ethic.
Be creative and lateral thinkers in order to come to conclusions based on all information gathered from many different sources.
Have a strong academic background – a 2:1 of above from a top university in an academic subject is preferred.
