This is a great opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Research Manager or Associate Director to join one of the most prestigious market research agencies in the UK to work on a variety of media projects.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a long standing, trusted client on a major radio audience survey. You will be responsible for managing a small team and data reporting.
The role can be quite technical and therefore preference is given to someone who understands data processing and is not afraid of working with complex information.
You will be seen as a manager in a team of 6 people working on this project.
The successful candidate will be the data and reporting lead for the project. He or she will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of data. They will maintain and continue the development of projects with regard to improved delivery solutions. They will work with both clients and end user data processing and reporting companies.
Core job requirements for this role include:
To understand and be responsible for the technical requirements of the project in great detail.
Work with internal and external project teams to co-ordinate and maintain an overall project plan.
Manage the production and dissemination of large data-sets to time and without error.
Generate meaningful insights from research data to add real value to the client.
Attendance of key industry committee and client meetings.
Manage communication with various stakeholders relating to data and reporting. Establish and maintain best practice for how we work with clients.
Help manage the evolution of the survey as new collection methodologies are established.
Manage and mentor junior team members and organising workloads. To lead, inspire and motivate.
Establish project management processes to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
