Resident Scheme Manager – The Croft
25 hours per week, Permanent
We need a reliable, enthusiastic person to manage our developments and help residents maintain their well-being and independence. You will win the confidence and trust of residents, build relationships with their relatives and carers and liaise with social services and other agencies. Your varied remit includes monitoring contractors’ performance, ensuring buildings are clean and secure, reporting faults, maintaining records and accounting for expenditure.
Previous experience of working with people is desirable, as is a National Wardens Certificate or similar qualification. Calm, sensitive and approachable, you’ll be capable of communicating with people from all backgrounds, handling petty cash and keeping accurate records. Your helpful, sympathetic personality will be matched by your strong organisational skills and ability to work under your own initiative.
