Business Development Specialist – Homecare (CCG’s & Homecare)
Salary: £40k + Car Allowance, Bonuses

A leading provider of services to the Homecare sector is seeking an ambitious and quality focused Business Development Manager. If you have a passion for working within the Care at Home sector and would like to work for an innovative and award winning company then this is the position for you.
You should be a successful business development professional having worked with clients in the Home care sector and CCG’s. We are seeking a quality focused candidate to deliver business growth, build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop new business opportunities.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
You will be an experienced individual in business development; having worked with CCGs and Homecare in general (Private and CCG complex care).
You will be experienced in hosting client meetings, understanding needs analysis, costings and people management.
Experience of formulating strategy relating to new business development
First class client engagement skills
The ability to work with senior stakeholders within the CCG’s & Homecare sector.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with new and existing clients in the premium homecare environment
Fully understand client needs, budgets and priorities
Work with the clients to create a beneficial solution to their requirements
Become the subject matter expert within the team in relation to the Homecare sector
Support the business strategy, promotion and development of services
Attend regular client meetings
Mentor new members of the delivery team
