Service Delivery Team Manager (1:30pm – 10pm)
Salary: £25k – £28k + Bonus, Benefits
Location: Alton, Hampshire

Hours: (1:30pm – 10pm) Monday to Friday

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing external client relationships to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
• Manage and lead a team
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues/calls
• People Management
• Client engagement
• Staff Training and development
• Attending regular client meetings
• Managing performance of staff
• Review and report on Contact Centre Performance
• Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the business

Applicants should have:

• Prior experience managing a team in a busy and fast paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to motivate a team
• The ability to develop strong client relationships
