We are recruiting for an organisation that provides practical and emotional support that helps transform the whole experience of illnesses, disabilities, traumas or bereavement.
Their offices in Chester are now seeking a non-clinical Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operations are subject to proper planning, organisation and control. This will include:
Managing the non-clinical aspects of all client schemes and work with new clients to put appropriate processes in place.
Maintain the detailed information of the features of each scheme and ensure that all staff have convenient access.
Manage the development of the newly implemented CRM system so that it enables operational efficiency and appropriate reporting.
Provide Management Information for clients as well as internal use.
Attend client meetings and give presentations when required, as well as client events e.g. conferences, roadshows, training events from time to time.
Co-ordinate and manage the company’s attendance at client exhibitions and conferences.
Co-ordinate scheme reviews & contractual renewals.
Assist with any other ad-hoc work that may be required and agreed upon by the Managing Director
