An established Not for Profit organisation is looking for a credible Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner with proven employee engagement and retention experience to join their HR team based in the East of Oxford area, Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire borders (Commutable from Berkshire, Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire). This is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension to 12 months and beyond.
With a direct line into the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and reviewing the medium-high turnover at the organization and devising a plan to make improvements. The role will involve reviewing manager perception, gathering leavers’ views and reviewing employee engagement to identify the issues before driving changes with CEO, Senior Managers and the rest of the organization.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Manager, HR Consultant, HR Change Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Business Partner or similar role with experience of working with and coaching senior managers. It is essential to have proven experience of assessing and improving employee engagement, attendance management and staff turnover, ideally in a Not for Profit, Healthcare or Social care environment. A track record of co-ordinating staff surveys, engaging with all levels of staff, reviewing onboarding and exiting interview process as well as gaining senior management buy-in on HR change initiatives is also required.
This is a great opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a reputable organisation. The salary on offer for this position is Â£50,000 – Â£55,000 depending on experience plus benefits that generally include 23 days, expensed mileage and contributory pension.
