To be successful…
Typically you will possess significant experience within managerial roles, ideally in a retail environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and a solid sales approach. Organisation is a key element for you and you are proactive, punctual and professional with a determination to succeed.
Confidence and enthusiasm are essential for this role along with a passion for retail and being an excellent team player.
·Take full responsibility of the store and staff.
·Build and establish a customer base and provide excellent service.
·Merchandising and visual displays.
·Process weekly deliveries and delegate tasks accordingly.
·Maintain high levels of security and attend the store in the event of an emergency.
·Stock control and rotation.
·Managerial duties such as recruitment, HR, policies and procedures.
·Represent the Company with high standards to enhance reputation and image.
Hours of work will be a minimum of 40 per week.
