This is an excellent customer service/collections role within this well known company. You will be calling customers and collecting debt whilst providing exceptional customer service.
The type of things we are looking for are in our customer service employees are:
Friendly – You need this to be able to make connections and friendships with our customers so that when they talk to you, they’ll be satisfied with the service given.
Well spoken/good communication skills – People will need to be able to understand you so they can have their problem solved or their issues listened to.
There are some more qualities our customer service employees must possess but these will be in your personality and we will see these in your interview. All you need to think about to be successful is what qualities you need to be able to effectively do your job talking to people and getting problems solved within this customer service call centre.

Remember you are the voice of the company every time you pick up the phone.
You work 40 hours a week between 7am to 11pm, rotating shifts, you will work 1 Saturday in every 3 and 1 Sunday in every 6.
You must pass a crb and credit cheque to be able to do this role.
