We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our growing team based in Milton Park.

Experience in working in the automotive sector (e.g. for a dealership) would be a bonus but is not essential.
Experience in a contact centre in customer service or telemarketing is essential.
Assisting with customer enquiries inbound and outbound
Managing customer booking requests for car servicing and MOTs and helping facilitate enquiries through to successful bookings
Monitoring and responding to live chat requests from customers
Account management assistance
Feeding back learnings to the wider team to help improve systems and processes
You will need to have:
An excellent telephone manner
A ‘can-do’ attitude
Great personal skills and confident handling customer queries
High competence using online systems and quick to learn
Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5pm / 9-5.30pm / 9.30 – 6pm
£18-22K depending on experience
