German speaking Account Executive

My client is an established and growing business in Burton. They have fabulous offices and really are a great company to work for – they take great pride in really looking after their staff.
As a result of expansion, I am looking to recruit a German speaking Account Executive to join the existing team. You must have fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
This is a varied role handling a range of customer accounts within a customer service environment. There will be a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and even faxes! You will be expected to deliver first class advice and service to a range of global customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders accurately and swiftly
Updating the relevant systems with the order information
Responding to inbound calls and emails within strict time constraints
Resolving customer enquiries
Making outbound calls to assigned customers
Building long-term and ongoing relationships with external customers
The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and will be fluent in the appropriate language (written and oral). You will have proven customer account management skills and be able to demonstrate a strong customer focused approach.
