My client, an online marketplace for the leisure and fitness industry, is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and ambitious Sales Executive who wants to join a growing and successful business.
Based in their West London office, your role as Sales Executive will be to help grow their B2B network, bringing on board new clients to use their online platform.
The Sales Executive role is ideal for someone with some previous sales experience, who is hungry for success, highly motivated by hitting targets and is confident, well-spoken and persuasive.
About the Sales Executive role:
Develop new leads.
Pitch to potential new partners.
Negotiate and close deals with gym/studio managers, owners and directors across the UK.
Be required to hit monthly sales targets.
Manage and develop your own sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting.
The role is generally office based but there will be requirement to meet with clients and present face to face if needed.
The successful Sales Executive will:
Have some previous sales experience
Be highly motivated by financial reward and winning new contracts.
Have a high level of self-motivation and be able to consistently hit monthly targets.
Clear and confident telephone manner.
Be quick thinking and able to competently handle objections.
Competitive nature with real drive to be the highest performing salesperson.
Be confident, well presented and have good negotiation skills.
Be able to adapt and grow within a fast paced and changing environment.

Â£18,000 – Â£20,000 basic salary, Â£32,000 OTE.
