This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing warm leads and account management. You will be actively calling previous customers and re-establishing the relationships in order to develop future business and thereafter account manage those clients. You will ideally already have established experience in a sales or account management role in a B2B environment and enjoy working with technical products.

The role:

Daily outbound calling to the established database
Developing sales with existing/dormant customers
Dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone and email
Up-sell, cross sell and advising customers of promotions
Maintain CRM database accurately
Handle incoming enquiries from your assigned customer base
Provide excellent customer service and specialist product knowledge
Maintain a good understanding of products
The person:

Previous experience in a B2B sales/Customer Service environment
Sales & customer oriented
Target driven
Be able to work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
