An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a high performing, driven private equity firm based in London on a 12-15 month contract as the HR Manager.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for a small HR team and providing HR Operational and HR Generalist support to the business.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Payroll – monthly oversight of all payroll and the ability to step in and process when needed
Recruitment; 8-10 roles across temporary and permanent at anyone time
HR Business Partnering; coach and manage business leaders and line managers to ensure business goals are achieved
Employee Relations; disciplanaries, grievances etc
Stakeholder management; ability to manage and maintain effective relationships with all areas of the business including highly demanding areas
To be successful in the role of HR Manager you must have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience of processing monthly payroll
Ability to manage the recruitment process with the support of an HR Advisor; temp and perm recruitment, manage agencies and third party vendors
Proven HR experience in a front office firm where HR Operations and Business Partnering is delivered by a small team
Excellent ability to manage demanding stakeholder relationships
Proven HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations experiences in an FCA regulated environment is essential
Team player, articulate and forward thinking attitude
Ability to work in reactive and proactive environment where HR is well integrated in to the business
