Acquisition Specialist- Telecoms
I have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Specialist for a leading telecoms company on a contract basis. The roles will be based from Central London.
Advise and support on the acquisition of radio base stations within a defined project, ensuring that these solutions are delivered to meet the business and customer timescales, quality and budget requirements in line with current guidelines.
Support the Delivery managers in end to end governance and driving forward all regional acquisition delivery.
Accurate and effective project governance, ensuring all acquisition project deliverables are managed in conjunction with strategic partners focusing on time, cost and quality.
Effective management of external or internal stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with site acquisition policies and procedures and all statutory requirements (e.g planning, contract and landlord & tenant legislation).
Quality management/ brand protection.
The successful candidate must be:
Qualified chartered surveyor with post qualification experience in a comparable role within telecoms.
Excellent working knowledge of property, contract and lease/ licence negotiations are essential.
Proven experience of effective supplier and stakeholder management.
Working knowledge of ICNIRP, and best code of practice on mobile phone network development.
Good working knowledge and understanding of site design guidelines and specifications.
Network rollout processes- understanding of network rollout (end to end processes).
Able to identify potential risks and issues related to rollout and escalate or proactively manage accordingly.
Excellent IT and database skills, in particular MS Excel.
