We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie at our client is a large visitor attraction with a high volume counter service restaurant, fine dining restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities who have real passion for fresh seasonal and local food.
Candidates wishing to apply will have a passion for food with previous Chef de Partie experience in a high volume environment where you have worked with fresh and local produce, this combined with function experience would be ideal. You will also have sound working knowledge of hygiene and health and safety controls and procedures and be a creative individual.
In return, our client offers a superb working environment, straight shifts predominately 8am to 4pm days, 5 days out of 7 with 1 in 3 weekends off.
Salary for this role is £18’500 and other benefits include a holiday package 20 days holiday plus Bank and public holidays and excellent training and development.
