Operations Assistant – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations assistant with excellent IT and analyst skills to join a rapidly expanding mobile and technology organisation in central London.

Due to the success of their ground breaking products and services, this company urgently requires an operations assistant to join their operations teams to assist in improving levels of performance with existing processes and allow for further expansion of the company both in the UK and overseas.

Duties will include but not limited to:
•Provide day to day operational/functional support all departments within the organisation
•Keeping analytics documents up to date with day to day marketing activity statistics and monitoring for any irregularities
•Monitoring, maintenance, analysis and development of all systems used to provide services to businesses
•The monitoring, maintenance, analysis and development of marketing campaigns
•Managing projects that check and analyse the company’s processes &performances

Ideal candidate will have:
•Good solid IT skills, particularly Excel
•Ability to work accurately with data
•Ability to work within a small company as part of a team and independently
•Good communication skills and attention to detail
•Able to identify issues within processes and resolve them
•Experience in tech support or in SMS or mobile industry (desirable)
•Marketing experience (desirable)
