You will be part of a new and exciting team, which is currently evolving and introducing a new web based product for the benefit of their customers.
You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries over the phone by answering questions, providing accurate, relevant and useful information. The core aim is to leave each conversation with a satisfied customer who has received a friendly and informative service.
So who are we looking for? We need those who can communicate effectively, have empathy for each caller`s situation and be able to use their extensive training to solve problems in a kind and caring manner. The right candidate will need to have Customer Service experience within an office environment. Contact Centre experience will be desirable.

Full training is provided, along with 26 days holiday and excellent pension scheme. The hours are 38 hours per week, however, you will need to be flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm, as different shifts are available Monday to Friday.
Assessment day to be held on Tuesday 17th May, with 6 positions available. To start on the 6th June.
