Working for a well-known retailer and reporting to the Head of L&D this new position will deliver quality training programmes across their Head Office and Warehouse teams. There will be a clear focus on delivering programmes based on the Learning and Development Strategy, which needs to support talent & succession, Performance Review and Team Engagement.

Researching, designing, coordinating and delivering learning and development solutions
Good knowledge of engagement theories
Practical application of leadership models and theories
Sound commercial awareness of how learning & development activity can impact business performance
Training and facilitation skills
Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels of business
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to self-manage and be proactive
