As GM you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive a 5 star service, through the training and development of your team and ensuring that all your facilities are running coherently.

As GM you will be responsible for:
Ensure the building is maintained to a high standard at all times
Strive to anticipate customer needs and, wherever possible, exceed their expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Issuing invoices to clients and managing debt accordingly
Providing management, assistance and support to your team and create a positive and motivating environment
Liaise with sales team to maximise revenue opportunities
