Here at Change we are currently working with an exciting company, with locations throughout London, to find them the perfect Receptionist for one of their new Central London sites. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist with a passion for customer service and a love of meeting new people.

This is an extremely important role with the company as you will be the first point of contact for everyone visiting the building and, as such, you will need to be approachable, have great attention to detail, strong administrative skills and the ability to think on your feet.

As Receptionist you’re duties will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
Answering client queries through via phone and email
Managing the meeting rooms and booking them for clients
Ensuring the cleanliness of the Reception area
