As a Collections Advisor your role is responsible collecting arrears on accounts. You will be handling sensitive customer information and therefore have to work well within your team to achieve the set targets. You will working collections from Day 1 to write off. You must always work in line with company policies and make sure your targets are always met. The role will be mainly phone and email based work.

Collections or Sales Experience
Excellent customer service skills
Confident at delivery effective communication
Team worker and results orientated.
