Hollaroo has created a new Software-as-a-Service market – Enterprise Social Networks For Recruitment – growing revenues by 133% in 2015. We provide private social networks to enable Staffing companies and brands such as Capgemini, BDO, Eversheds and The Olympics to engage with their unique people networks and hire elite talent ahead of their competitors.
We now need to hire a Client Systems Account Manager to support our growing client base. As part of a small team start-up culture, you will have responsibility and autonomy to work on a truly innovative product. You will help deliver talent community solutions for pipelining, referrals and engagement with professionals, graduates, alumni and contractors.
-Manage a number of clients and relationships as the key contact for Hollaroo
-Understand goals and priorities to plan and deliver success for clients
-Monitor client systems performance, prepare reports and share best practice
-Help build and configure customised systems, branding and email marketing
-Implement new solutions and changes to existing systems, and train clients
-Become a product expert and identify new business development opportunities
-Work with Sales, Marketing and Technical areas as part of Client Services team
We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills, systems and processes knowledge, and a strong appreciation of ‘look and feel’ end user design. The successful candidate will be comfortable building content using HTML and have a good understanding of MS Excel. Strong client facing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership and responsibility are also required.
Some knowledge of HR and Recruitment is desirable, but not essential, as is an understanding of basic SQL.
