An opportunity has arisen for a commercial, dynamic, B2B part time Marketing Manager to join the busy marketing department of a global player in the fast-paced live events industry. You will be working 3 days a week. You will receive 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays). This will be applied pro rata.
This new role is designed to support to marketing our leading AV business – Blitz-GES – but involves working closely with the broader GES team as we build on our portfolio of global products and services. The position is based at our Elstree office. This is a fantastic chance to take a central role in the company’s marketing department and join a vibrant, growing and fast-moving business.

As the Marketing Manager your duties will be to:
·Work with Marketing Director and senior team to devise a marketing plan designed to meet overall business objectives.
·Create PR and advertising campaigns to build profile with target customer groups and develop relationship with industry media and influencers.
·Create marketing collateral (flyers / presentations / advertising) for key customer groups / personas.
·Deliver monthly newsletter / collate case studies, testimonials.
·Ensure library of our work is commissioned and stored for use across all activity / the business.
·Identify and review sponsorship / networking opportunities.
·Work with the web content and social media team to ensure our copy, tweets, tools and assets drive traffic and leads.
·Plan and execute Blitz-GES presence at customer facing industry events.
·Track and test rigorously all activity and report results monthly.
·Work closely with our designer on creating all above activity.
·Ensure all marketing adheres to the GES global brand guidelines and meets our high standards of execution.
To be a successful Marketing Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
·Highly organised with superb attention to detail.
·Demonstrate broad marketing experience, combining classic brand profile raising capabilities (PR, newsletters, case studies, sponsorship, advertising) with lead generation and digital skills (email, website, videos, white papers, engagement/lead capture programmes).
·Good communication skills – written and verbal.
·Fully conversant with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
·Use of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
·Quick learner, self-starter, uses initiative.
·Confident, good at working with different departments.
·Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects / demands.
·Team player, driven to succeed, improve and learn.
You will be working a 22.5 hour week – exact days to be discussed.
In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 pro rata.
